2011 | Discussion of Governance for New Jersey's Health Insurance Exchange
Hosted by Rutgers Center for State Health Policy with support provided by the New Jersey Department of Banking & Insurance, through a planning grant from the US Department of Health & Human Services, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. In fall 2011, the Center, in collaboration with Seton University School of Law, conducted a multi-stakeholder forum examining exchange governance issues on behalf of the state's Working Group charged with planning for the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. The discussion engaged 45 stakeholders with diverse perspectives including consumers, employers, providers, insurers and brokers.
